🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Absolute Claims Advocates (ACA), we specialize in providing professional claim consulting, inspections, documentation, and estimating services. As our services are not physical goods, we do not ship items via postal or courier services. Instead, we deliver service-related documents electronically or in person.


📌 1. Digital Deliverables

Any reports, Matterport 3D scans, photos, estimates, or claim-related documents will be delivered via:

  • Secure email (PDF or link)

  • Google Drive or cloud-based file sharing

  • Client portal (if applicable)

Turnaround time will be discussed upon service confirmation and may vary depending on the type and scope of work.


📌 2. On-Site Services

For property inspections, 3D scans, and drone documentation, a scheduled in-person visit will be arranged based on location and availability.

We currently serve clients in Florida and 15+ licensed states, with virtual consultation available nationwide.


📌 3. No Physical Shipping

ACA does not ship physical items by mail or courier. Any materials or equipment used during service remain the property of ACA unless otherwise agreed in writing.


📌 4. Service Timeline

Delivery of services or reports typically occurs within 2–5 business days after property access, depending on project size and documentation required.

Rush requests may be accommodated upon availability and may incur additional fees.
