At Absolute Claims Advocates (ACA), our goal is to provide expert-level service and support for property insurance claims. Because our offerings include consulting, documentation, and inspection-based services, we maintain the following refund policy:
📌 1. Service-Based Sales Are Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of our services—including but not limited to claim consultations, Matterport scans, aerial photography, estimating, and documentation—all completed services are final and non-refundable once delivered or initiated.
📌 2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a booked service (e.g., inspection, scan, or in-person meeting), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows may result in partial or no refund, depending on costs incurred.
📌 3. Refund Eligibility for Prepaid Services
If you have prepaid for a service that has not yet been scheduled or delivered, you may request a refund by contacting us at:

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
📌 4. Digital Products (if applicable)
If ACA offers downloadable reports or documentation packages in the future, these are considered final sale and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue professionally and promptly.
